Datin Sri Dato' Dr. Kamisah Johan is the visionary Founder and Group Executive Chairperson of Rembawang Holdings, which she established in July 2009. A self-made entrepreneur with a strong sense of purpose, she has built RHSB into a respected and multi-award-winning property development group, recognised for its quality, integrity and community impact.
Datin Sri Dato' Dr. Kamisah completed her Master of Business Administration at the International Business School of Scandinavia in 2022, before being conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Property Development by the same institution in 2024.
Today, she continues to oversee the strategic direction and business operations of RHSB, drawing on her precise business acumen and leadership in steering the Group’s continued growth. Her commitment to delivering enduring, commercially successful developments has earned her a reputation as one of Malaysia’s leading women in property.
Her leadership continues to drive Rembawang Holdings forward; guided by a mission of giving back to society, while developing communities that foster value creation for generations to come.
Director
Evon Chan Lai Yee is a Director of Rembawang Holdings. Graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Evon has since built an illustrious career marked by leadership, integrity and professional excellence.
Throughout her career, she has held senior positions across various banking institutions, where she developed strong competencies in corporate banking, credit management and strategic planning. Her proven ability to manage complex financial structures and deliver sound fiscal strategies has been instrumental in supporting RHSB’s business growth and excellence.
She is also actively involved in the property development and international hospitality industries, where she continues to provide strategic oversight in expanding Rembawang Holdings’ business interests. Evon’s dedication, professionalism and vast experience serve as a key pillar of Rembawang Holdings’ leadership strength, driving continued growth and long-term corporate success.
Group Chief Financial Officer
A chartered accountant and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 1993, Ah. Masmi Ibrahim (CA) began his career at Bank Negara Malaysia, gaining valuable experience in currency trading and internal auditing. He also spent six years at Bursa Malaysia as a Financial Controller, assisting on matters related to money markets, accountancy, auditing and taxation. Ah. Masmi was instrumental in several exercises undertaken by the KL Stock Exchange (KLSE) group, including the formulation of policies and regulations governing its day-to-day operations.
Previously involved with a Class G7 construction company, Ah. Masmi contributed his financial expertise towards infrastructure projects for Precincts 17 and 21 in Putrajaya, Malaysia – collectively valued at over RM2 billion. He also oversaw six subsidiaries under the same company, contributing towards works relating to an oil and gas refinery operated by Petronas in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
In his role as Group Chief Financial Officer, Ah. Masmi oversees financial strategy, governance and risk management at Rembawang Holdings. His significant financial knowledge and capabilities continue to safeguard RHSB’s growth, fiscal sustainability and strong corporate governance.
Group General Manager
Adila Majid is the Group General Manager of Rembawang Holdings, overseeing talent management and the administration of day-to-day operations. With experience in fashion, advertising and property, she combines creativity with operational efficiency and industry insight.
A Kuala Lumpur native with a Diploma in Fashion Design and Dressmaking, Adila began her career as a merchandiser before moving into advertising, where she handled corporate clients and developed expertise in real estate branding.
Adila joined the Group in 2013 as Personal Assistant to the Group Executive Chairperson, demonstrating drive and versatility that earned her promotion to Group General Manager in 2019. Today, she plays a key role in ensuring that the Group’s daily operations remain aligned with its overarching strategic objectives.
Group Marketing Manager
An articulate and inventive marcomms professional, Vikesh Sinha has worked across nearly every sector of communications for over 15 years, spanning journalism, public relations, publishing, advertising, marketing and corporate communications.
Since venturing into property marketing and advertising in 2017, Vikesh has contributed towards marketing initiatives across both domestic and international markets including Singapore, Australia and the United Kingdom, on behalf of the largest private and public-listed developers in Malaysia, including giants such as Gamuda Land, SP Setia, MRCB Land, IJM Land, IOI Properties, UEM Sunrise and more.
Drawing on the diverse expertise gained throughout his career, Vikesh plays an instrumental role in overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies and systems that are crucial towards achieving the Group’s collective revenue and profit growth targets.
GROUP SALES MANAGER
With nearly 25 years of experience in property sales and marketing, Chang Kung Onn is a seasoned professional with expertise across high-rise, landed, commercial, mixed-use and township developments. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, he began his property career in 2001 and has since served in key roles with leading developers such as Sime Darby Brunsfield, Mah Sing, Gamuda Land, and more.
Known for building and leading high-performing teams, Kung Onn has grown sales departments from the ground up and managed end-to-end sales operations, as well as product launches and campaigns. Skilled in market planning, pricing and stakeholder management, he drives continuous growth in the Group’s revenue and sales performance.
Project Manager
Karthik Arasu serves as Project Manager at Rembawang Holdings, with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. Known for his technical expertise and meticulous execution, he ensures RHSB’s developments are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with the Group’s exacting quality standards.
Karthik began his career in 2003, and has held various roles related to construction and property development, including Clerk of Works, Project Executive, Site Engineer, Technical Engineer cum Safety Supervisor and Civil & Structural Site Supervisor. He has contributed towards the construction and management of several residential, commercial and industrial property developments, including Taman Segar Perdana, Palms Industrial Park, Hotel Mercure Glenmarie and more.
At RHSB, he oversees site operations, contractor coordination, regulatory compliance and quality control, safeguarding the successful completion of the Group’s developments in a timely and efficient manner.
Assistant Project Manager
As Assistant Project Manager at Rembawang Holdings, Mohd Sabri Abdul Wahab contributes over three decades of experience in the construction industry, having held diverse roles including Site Supervisor (C&S), Architectural Supervisor (ARCHI), Piling Supervisor, Construction Manager and Clerk of Works (Inspector of Works).
Over his career, Mohd Sabri has contributed to a wide range of private and government development projects, resulting in a diverse portfolio including high-rise and landed properties, as well as highways, bridges and other infrastructure projects. With a strong record of delivering projects of varying scale and complexity, his technical expertise, leadership and dedication contribute greatly towards the success of the projects he oversees.
Project Engineer (M&E)
In his role as Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical), Ir. Mohd Zulhelmi Zaini contributes nearly 15 years of experience in delivering engineering solutions across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. Drawing on expertise across the entire project lifecycle – from design and authority approval, to on-site implementation and commissioning – he is instrumental in safeguarding the delivery of M&E systems that fulfil precise regulatory and operational requirements.
He has contributed towards high-impact projects by large-scale entities including KLCC Property Holdings, OSK Property, Intel, Electrolux, Decathlon, Top Glove, CIMB and government agencies. A certified Professional Engineer (Ir.), Mohd Zulhelmi is valued for his technical precision, problem-solving skills and ability to reconcile engineering needs with practical constraints. He plays a key role in ensuring that the Group’s projects achieve excellence in terms of safety and resource efficiency.
